“I have taken my Chihuahua to A vet in Lebanon for a while. My little boy was terrified of other people and the bet in Lebanon did not take any special care with him at all. I decided to try Vetcetera, and to my amazement the staff and doctors completely understood and made a huge special effort to make My little guy feel as comfortable as possible. Fast forward and I have had to now take a second dog to Vetcetera and yet again they spent a huge amount of time playing with and giving treats to my little girl to make her feel comfortable. “Before I knew about Vetcetera I was taking my Lab Jadie to a different vet, that performed a rudimentary procedure that caused her to throw a clot after she was released to go home. When I had her at my house she was acting funny and I didn’t know what to do so I called on Carol from Vetcetera to help me out and Carol was here when she passsed, and Carol and her husband helped consol me and they wrapped her up to have her cremated. I will forever be indebted to Carol for her kindness of helping me out after hours, and providing me with Jadies ashes in memorium. Believe me, she was a sickly girl, but the quality of life was his highest priority. My second Akita was just a big overly affectionate boy, but had the best of care. My third Akita is now in the care of Dr. Steve and his staff and we feel totally confident in the care she receives and will receive from Vetcetera.
