  • Reception

    Your visit to Vetcetera begins with a friendly greeting from a member of our professional staff. We make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant reception area—a place where both clients and patients can take comfort in a warm, pleasant environment.

  • Pharmacy

    A wide variety of medications are stocked in our pharmacy for use in treating medical conditions. We carry a full complement of traditional oral and injectable medications as well as clinical nutritional support products and nutriceuticals.

  • Lab

    Skilled technicians are able to perform many diagnostic tests in our laboratory. We offer in-house blood work, urinalysis, fecal exams by centrifugation (the gold standard testing method) and cytology. We also utilize the nation’s largest outside laboratory for send-out testing with rapid turn around times.

  • Treatment Area

    This is the most functional area of the hospital, the hub of all patient treatment. Procedures that are performed here include venipuncture, hospitalized patient treatments and anesthetic induction. Each staff member has a work station with computer interface in proximity to the treatment area to maximize efficiency and patient care.

  • Surgery

    A sterile environment is the goal for all surgical procedures. Our surgical suite features a hydraulic heated surgery table, ECG, Blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, warm water heating blanket, IV fluid pump and anesthesia equipment. Patients under anesthesia are carefully monitored at all times by our technicians who have been trained in the use of this equipment.

  • Radiography

    High quality diagnostic x-rays are taken by our trained staff on this equipment and developed in less than two minutes in our automatic processor. The state-of-the-art equipment in this part of the hospital helps us to make best use of this diagnostic information.

  • Exam Room

    This is one of two identical exam rooms used for medical and wellness visits. Patients step onto the scale, which doubles as a hydraulic lift table for examinations (a specialized, more precise scale is used to weigh our feline friends). Since client education is a cornerstone of our practice you will find each exam room is filled with brochures, information handouts and models.
